If you have already created a TraceMyIP account and are currently using TraceMyIP website visitor tracker software, you can send us technical support requests as follows:
- Login to your TraceMyIP account
- Navigate to “My Account > Open/View Support Ticket(s)“
- Click on “Submit a support ticket“
- Choose the priority of your request. Premium accounts will be handled on an immediate basis. Free subscription accounts are handled following the premium subscription requests
- Submit a title as an issue brief description, in the description field specify the exact steps to replicate an issue and provide a Project URL in the applicable text box below the description input text box. If you have any screen captures that show an issue or describe a question, submit a file of the following types: .gif, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.png, *.rar, *.csv, *.xls, *.doc, *.txt, *.pdf, *.zip, *.php
Maximum file size can be up to 2023 Kb (1.98 Mb)
If you do not have a TraceMyIP account, you can submit any questions by using a “Contact” link located at the bottom of a visited page at tracemyip.org
