When you have an active recurring subscription on your account, you can check the status of your PayPal subscription by accessing your TraceMyIP account and navigating to My Account > Status screen, then scrolling down to the Current Subscription status panel.
By clicking on the [manage] link, you can review the current available method for managing your PayPal subscription.
If you need to cancel your PayPal subscription to upgrade your plan, switch to another payment method such as direct credit card payments, or modify your current PayPal payment method, please follow the steps below.
1. Log in to your PayPal account
Click on the Activity tab and enter TraceMyIP into the search input, then press the Enter key. In the search results, click on the current TraceMyIP subscription payment.
2. Click on the Manage TraceMyIP payments link
3. Canceling a subscription or changing your subscription funding source
You can click on the Cancel button to cancel your PayPal subscription or on the edit icon for your subscription payment to change the funding source of your subscription.
Note: If you cancel your PayPal subscription to upgrade or switch to another payment method via the TraceMyIP checkout page, PayPal may take up to 20 minutes to process your request. Once the cancellation is complete, you’ll be able to see new payment methods and all available subscription levels when you log in to your TraceMyIP account.
* Cancelling your subscription will not delete any data on your TraceMyIP account but rather place your account on-hold until the subscription is renewed.
