“No Visits Alert<\/strong>” is a visual indicator feature. It alerts you if any of the website tracker projects have not received a single visitor pageload within the last X number of days.<\/p>\n

The default setting for this feature is 12 days. If after 12 days (from the last visitor activity) there are no visits logged, a yellow notification icon will be displayed on “My Projects<\/strong>” page for a project that has encountered this condition.<\/p>\n

Note, this alert does not<\/span> provide sound or email notifications<\/a>.<\/p>\n

To adjust the “No Visits Alert” setting<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Login to your account<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to “My Account<\/strong> > General Settings<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
  3. Scroll down to the “No Visits Alert<\/strong>” section and use a drop-down menu to select the number of days after which an alert will be displayed<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the “Update<\/strong>” button located at the bottom of the page<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
