When the invisible tracker option<\/a> is enabled, depending on the website layout and formatting, there may be a situation where the tracker code<\/a> produces white space<\/strong> where the hidden tracker<\/a> is placed.<\/p>\n

If you have inspected your code carefully and determined that the issue is purely caused by the visitor tracker<\/a> code when used in the context of your website, please follow these steps to generate a tracking code that will be adjusted to eliminate a possible space left around its code.<\/p>\n

  1. Create<\/strong> your project and ignore the first visitor tracking code generated<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to “My Projects<\/strong>” page, and click on the “edit<\/strong>” link next to your project’s name<\/li>\n
  3. Scroll down to the “Invisible Tracker”<\/strong> option. Enable it, and click on the “Update Settings<\/strong>” button<\/li>\n
  4. Navigate to “My Projects<\/strong>” page and click on the “tracker code<\/strong>” link located to the right of your project’s name<\/li>\n
  5. Click on the “Get Original Code<\/strong>” button if you need the same tracker code. Otherwise, select any of the tracker styles provided below. All visitor tracker styles capture the same information. However, please note<\/strong> that the same<\/strong> code must<\/span> be used on ALL<\/strong> pages of your website.<\/li>\n
  6. Generate<\/strong> your code<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The system-provided tracker code is now modified to eliminate any white space around the code.<\/p>\n
